If this message appears on the platform, it is because the worker was previously registered on CTAIMA and in your company.

 

The worker is currently inactive, but you can retrieve the documentation that was uploaded.


 To locate the worker, enter the Coordination module under the My Resources-> Employees tab.


A menu will open in which you must click on Advanced Search.


Use the advanced search button to select All.



When a worker is displayed, edit their data by clicking on the pencil 


 At the end of the form you will need to change the Active field to YES.
