If once you log into the application you do not see the hiring company, this may be for one of two reasons:
- The user name you are using is not the same one with which your customer has registered you. Solution: Check with your contact person at your customer’s company to find out the email address they have used to register you and request a change if it is not the same.
- Your company is inactive for this customer.
Solution: Your customer can reactivate the company and generate access for you once again. Contact your contact person at your customer’s company to request this.
