and change the Active field to YES.To register a new company, go to:

Coordinationà Company Management à Companies à Icon 

Complete the required information about the company you wish to create and click on OK.

When indicating the Tax ID of the new company, if a message appears like the one shown below, the company may already be registered.

To check whether the company you wish already exists, go to:

Coordinationà Company Management à Companies à Advanced Search à All

You can filter by Tax ID or company name to find it easier.

If you find the company and it appears to be inactive (as shown in the sample illustration), simply click on the icon   and change the Active field to YES.
